A 24-hour Zero Noise Policy is currently in place until the 29th of November, 2013.
This is a very stressful time for many residents so it is important that we all respect our community and keep noise to an absolute minimum. During the exam period, loud talking, music, televisions or any noise must not be heard outside the resident’s room.
Please note: during the exam period (including the weekends) residents are not permitted to have large or noisy social gatherings anywhere in college without written consent of ResLife.
For residents attending College Closedown this Friday (8th November) we ask that you keep noise to a minimum whilst heading to Bar on the Hill and again on your return to college.
If you feel someone is making excessive noise, you should first approach this person/s and ask them to be quiet. If they ignore this request and it is during office hours, please attend or call the office to inform us of the situation. From 6pm-8am please call your RA and they will attend and request the noise to stop.
Finished your exams? There are others who haven’t! When you have finished your exams, please take your celebrations off campus and return quietly! Thanks for your co-operation in advance. Happy studying!
